We are looking for a Site Coordinator who must have:

• Bachelor's in human services, social work, criminology, or closely related field; Masters preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in the area of human services, child welfare, or juvenile justice (Required)
• At least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
• Must have a valid drivers license, ability to use a personal vehicle for work purposes, and appropriate vehicle insurance.

The qualified candidate will be able to perform the following tasks:

• Oversees the intakes, case management, and therapeutic work with youth and families, including client related case management decision and therapeutic interventions, as needed.
• Participates in community activities in order to promote the SNAP® Program and to build collaboration with community partners.
• Provides services as needed that may include assisting parents and professionals.
