Responsibilities

Medical Service Support provides administrative processes support for tasks such as data entry, document verification, communication to providers and clients. Routine decision-making is tightly defined, with greater latitude at higher job levels, all the while focused on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments. Scope of work is defined by the contractual nature of the business.

Responsibilities: Data Entry, document verification, typing, communicating to providers and clients through email and by phone.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: HS diploma or equivalent

Required Skills and Experience: 1-2 years of data entry. Customer service, clerical, MS office, typing, time management, attention to detail, and any kind of office experience.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $14.71 - $21.63 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
