Responsibilities:

  • Drive robust sales growth, consistently meeting or surpassing annual targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new accounts through proactive prospecting and strategic networking efforts.
  • Uncover fresh sales opportunities and lead engaging dialogues with potential clients.
  • Articulate ISS STOXX’s value proposition effectively to clients, addressing their unique challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Gather valuable product and market feedback from clients and collaborate with Product Management to enhance offerings.
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities using ISS STOXX’s CRM software.
  • Provide regular performance updates to management, benchmarking against sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven tracker record in sales, with at least 6 years of experience and a deep understanding of the investment process.
  • Experience selling to the Asset Owner community is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in applying quantitative methods for analysis and decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with active listening abilities.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for solving clients' business problems and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to balance short-term revenue goals with long-term relationship-building efforts.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and a drive for success.
  • Advanced degree in finance,
  • or equivalent certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CAIA) preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%-40% as needed.

This role is only being recruited in New York City.

Base salary: The New York City expected base pay range is $135,000 - $155,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education.

The role is bonus or sales incentive eligible.
