Specifically, this role will function as the Product Manager of an integral opportunity space within the Customer Domain, ensuring the customer journey is optimal. Working with this highly talented team, you'll play a key role to build and run one of the world's largest automotive and industrial replacement parts operations. The Product Manager is responsible for delivering business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality products. Within their designated enterprise product, the Product Manager focuses on delivering value by leading the strategic vision and product roadmap across the customer journey and ensuring all products within their portfolio are aligned to the vision. The Product Manager identifies and connects interdependencies with other products within the customer journey. They support business reviews, communicate the product vision, and present across all levels of the organization. This Product Manager role will oversee, and direct creation of products related to the management of customer data - how potential customers register to start shopping with NAPA and how we continue to understand them more accurately and deeply. The Product Manager will also orchestrate work addressing customer pain points across the GPC enterprise, and lead teams in the definition, discovery, design, development, and delivery of end-to-end experience capabilities leveraging technology, operations, and process.
