About the Role:

The CrowdStrike Marketing & Growth Analytics team is seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Data Analyst who will help increase our analytics maturity via data visualization and enablement. This role requires collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product to push Tableau to its limits; developing visually simple, yet insightful dashboards so that our executives and employees can make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate identifies as a Tableau expert with an eye for simplistic design, a hunger for learning new ways to visualize data, and an innate drive to understand your users.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3 - 6 years of Tableau experience with a proven track record in a business analytics role

  • Experience developing best-in-class analytics solutions at a B2B company for 200+ users leveraging Tableau, Figma, Snowflake, and/or BigQuery

  • Extremely strong attention to detail and communication skills

  • Ability and desire to keep up with the latest Tableau advancements

  • History of using a user-centric approach to dashboard development

  • Extensive experience with the dashboard development lifecycle: from gathering business requirements to wireframing

  • to developing and launching the dashboard with training

  • BS/BA degree in related discipline (e.g. Informatics, Economics, Business, UX/UI Design)

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of multi-touch marketing attribution and lead funnel reporting

  • Basic understanding of SFDC, Outreach, Zoominfo, LeanData, People.ai, Marketo, and UTM tracking

  • Experience with the Agile methodology

  • Knowledge of SQL to query data and occasionally troubleshoot data quality issues

  • Experience in marketing analytics at a B2B company
