Responsibilities Specifically, this position will focus on understanding the current processes in place for industrialization of our manufacturing tooling and actively participate, promote and transform these processes to be best in class. To do this they must create positive relationships with internal & external (supplier) stakeholders, develop talent, embrace a continuous improvement mindset, lead a team, manage day to day tasks and execute the strategy through regional Operations and local Manufacturing Leadership. They will create a global strategy for our industrial tooling, which will include a key focus around skills, equipment and resources required to design, fabricate, repair and maintain tools, dies, molds and precision components in the manufacturing facilities. The manager will champion an organized approach to conduct industry research and provide thought leadership in the field of industrial tooling to introduce new technologies that contribute to breakthrough innovation while ensuring efficiency and quality of our industrial tools. The role will be to provide expertise in industrial tooling into our new product development process to build manufacturability into our new product designs.

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline required, preferably from an ABET accredited program.
