SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Electronic Warfare Training Specialist.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary: SEACORP's Electronic Warfare Business Area is seeking experienced Training Specialists for various locations across the US. The Training Specialist is responsible for providing expert training to Navyshipboard and waterfront personnel.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • TheEW Training Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution andsupervision of all shore—based tactical training, including staff development,scenario generation, crew certification preparations, and written assessmentsguiding performance improvements.
  • Analyzestrategic force measures, memorandums, and guidance. Researches and interprets guidance. Based onstudies and analyses conducted, develops recommendations for changes tostrategic planning and training provided.
  • Analyze tactical submarine training programsagainst evolving fleet tactics and revised submarine force leadershippriorities to determine whether crew training program and policy objectives areappropriate and are being met.
  • Providesreal-time reports to submarine force leadership on any mismatches andrecommendations to close gaps.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent required.

Experience: 3 years ofexperience or equivalent Naval Experience as Electronic Technician (ET) /Cryptologic Technician (CT) or equivalent.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • EW systems experience in current Submarine EW Systems, operations, and tactics such as Electronic Technician (ET) / Cryptologic Technician (CT) or equivalent.
  • Expert knowledge in Electronic Warfare system employment, tactics, and training delivery gained through years of experience.
  • Expertise in Electromagnetic Wave theory, Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), and submarine operations skills.
  • Ability to instruct and mentor both individuals and teams in highly complex submarine operations ensuring their readiness for mission certification and at-sea operations.
  • Active secret clearance required.

As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
