Lehigh University Staff in this entry-level professional position are responsible for carrying out recruitment, selection, and enrollment strategies directed by senior leadership within the Office of Admissions. Management of a designated domestic recruitment market, cultivation of relationships with external constituents such as prospective high school students, guidance counselors, local alumni and representatives from community-based organizations 2. Evaluation of admissions applications from both first-year and transfer students 3. Execution of daily on-campus recruitment strategies 4. Assignment to any number of office projects, including those associated with marketing/communications, diversity recruitment, technology, campus visitation, alumni volunteers.
