The Lead Security Technician, Enterprise Accounts, is responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating activities relating to Projects, Work Orders, Change Orders and Service Orders to ensure services are provided accurately and on time, and that these services meet or exceed client expectations. The Lead Security Technician is accountable for the overall success of the technical elements in Enterprise installations and service orders. To that end, this individual interacts directly with the client, client representatives, other contractors, subcontractors and Kastle personnel to ensure a successful installation and resolution to service orders. The Lead Security Technician will assist with managing the coordinating of activities within installation to ensure that Kastle system install or change orders are provided accurately and on time and that these services meet or exceed client expectations. Leading to and during the implementation, the Lead Security Technician provides a single point of contact for client representatives, installation team and field dispatchers, to ensure timely and accurate sharing of information to support smooth and efficient system installations, service and repair solutions. Lead Security Technician tests, troubleshoots and repairs all aspects of our security systems including access control, and video systems at customer sites. The Lead Security Technician ensures that service orders are completed accurately and on time, and that these services meet or exceed client expectations. Responsibilities
