We have an opportunity available for a Executive Assistant to work within our Administration Team. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting the VP of Sales, VP of Marketing, VP of Merchandising and VP of People Operations as well as their respective teams. This position is responsible for managing and prioritizing requests from these associates and ensures all necessary support and correspondence is completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

What you will do:

  • Develops, analyzes and proactively provides reporting to sales leaders to help drive revenue, growth, and insights.
  • Coordinates/maintains schedules and manages all aspects of expenses for leadership.
  • Drives compliance with Salesforce and maintains third-party commission platform
  • Creates standards for the organization to ensure consistency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Administrative tasks as expected by each department, a resource for other leaders in the organization, and ensuring deadlines are met by our teams.
  • Support meetings and coordinates events, vendor sponsorships, in-house meetings, venues, and follow-up as well as travel arrangements including agendas, itineraries, flights and accommodations.
  • Creates, distributes, analyzes and tracks follow-up surveys, data, and feedback from events, meetings, or functions to ensure continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Manage deck content for meetings, run presentations, capture action items, facilitate questions, and distribute internal communication.
  • Produce high quality presentations, correspondence, mail mergers, and other documents in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Support the Indianapolis office in maintaining the hybrid schedule, reserving rooms, securing gym memberships, ordering lunch and office supplies as needed.

What we need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years executive support experience - VP or higher level
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Expert in Excel, solid financial acumen, and excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated track record of building, implementing, and maintaining sales programs
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment where priorities change quickly
  • Office Environment or work from home/remote office.
  • Minimal Travel (up to 6 times per year)
