As a Project Manager responsible for Automation equipment installations for the Healthcare and Emerging Markets Segment you will be involved with supplying equipment for the factory of the future. Through automated, software guided vehicles that improve efficiency and safety.

This position will focus on customers within the pharmacutical and Hospital industry.

This position is a remote position supporting installations of autonomous guides vehicles.

***To be considered for this role, you must live or be willing to relocate to the Columbus, OH area.



Responsibilities

Reporting to the Business Segment Manager - the Project Manager, Healthcare and Emerging Markets will:

  • Project Ownership – inception to acceptance
  • Contract management – terms & conditions, deliverables, and milestones
  • Customer relationship management
  • Project Schedules – develop and maintain
  • Technical writing – develop Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS)
  • Team approach – work with internal technical resources
  • Design and Technical reviews – conduct with internal and customer teams
  • Production/Purchasing – coordination with managers for schedule commitments
  • Risk management

In this role, you will focus on the Financial side of projects:

  • Budget – maintaining and improving project margins
  • Forecasting – all project expenditures
  • Invoicing and payment management
  • Change Orders – estimate and develop quotes for client scope changes
  • Reporting – monthly reporting to management


Qualifications

Experience/Certification

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management required
  • BS degree required.
  • Engineering discipline preferred
  • PMP Certification – preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25% required to support installations of equipment at customer locations
  • Ideal candidate has project management experience working for an OEM that managed projects for external customers
  • Develop, maintain, and report financial budgets and forecasts
  • Manage Contractors - electrical and mechanical during product installations
  • Must have a valide drivers licence

Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered. H1-B and green card sponsorship is not available for this position.
