The Casa de Corazón Headquarters team is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter, and detail-oriented individual to lead our operations team in the position of Director of Operations.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable positions under Director of Operations such as Corporate and Franchise Operations, Academic Coordinator, and Facilities Manager
- Edit, Update and Enforce Families Policies
- Edit, Update and Enforce the Director's Daily Resource Guide
- Application and Renewal of Childcare Assistance
- Center Licensing Supervision
- Support Center Operations
- Franchise Support and Training
- Supervision of EOS Implementation at All Levels
- Cross Department Information, Support, and Implementation
- Participate in Staff Trainings
- Conduct Commitment to Excellence Reviews for Corporate and Franchise Centers
- Document, Execute, and Implement New Processes, Projects, and Standards
- Monthly Menu Development & Execution
Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 - 10 Years of Experience in a Leadership Operations Role
- 2+ Years of Experience in Project Management
- Franchising Experience Preferred but not Required
- 2+ Years in Childcare or Education Industry Experience
- Bilingual Required (Spanish and English)
