About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Developer to join our GTM Applications team. The role will be a part of our GOV-focused pod, which is responsible for Salesforce orgs and GTM apps on the GOV cloud. As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will help the team find sustainable and creative ways to tackle business challenges, improve software capabilities and functionality, and meet evolving business requirements. Your expertise in designing and building first-class applications and features will be centered around the Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. You will work with a supportive and fast-paced team, and there will be numerous opportunities for professional growth and development. What You’ll Do:

  • Work on user stories - develop, test, and document stories that involve apex, LWC and UX/UI, integrations, and data migrations for Salesforce Gov Cloud features, applications, and projects.

  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that efficiently utilize the Salesforce platform.

  • Lead the technical design initiatives; mentor junior developers; and raise the bar for the Salesforce organization.

  • Perform thorough code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure high-quality code and appropriate design patterns.

  • Execute test plans to ensure the delivery of a quality solution.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.

  • Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.

  • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment.

  • Continuous training for government (CJIS, FedRAMP, DoD ILs et al.) compliance.

What You’ll Need:

  • US citizenship and must reside on US soil to obtain CJIS clearance and meet requirements for authorized access to applications in our GOV cloud.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

  • At least five years of software development and three years of Salesforce application development.

  • Self-motivation and creativity.

  • Strong problem solving abilities.

  • Understanding of how to build reusable, lightweight code in Apex, including writing comprehensive tests to ensure code coverage.

  • Working knowledge of Lightning Web Components and/or at least 2 years experience writing JavaScript code.

  • Security minded and strong working knowledge of vulnerabilities around SOQL, Apex, and other areas of the platform that can be leveraged by bad actors.

  • Experience with a Git Repository (BitBucket, GitHub, GitLab, etc.).

Bonus Points:

  • Salesforce Developer Certifications

  • Experience with Copado

  • Experience developing UI

  • Experience developing REST/SOAP API

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $135,000 - $200,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
