More about the team and role:
The Analyst, Sales and Customer Analytics is responsible for the promotion and enablement of a data-driven culture within Healthfirst's Product, Sales, Marketing, and Community Engagement teams. The Analyst, Sales and Customer Analytics understands the health insurance industry and their own department such that he/she can identify opportunities for the use of technology and analytics to offer analytic insights and recommendations that support key decisions and successful outcomes within the department and across the organization to profitably grow membership and increase market share.
