Responsible for County personnel functions including recruitment, hiring, discipline, employee relations, benefit administration, labor relations and collective bargaining process in Faribault County. Directs and coordinates workflow of Central Services office and Data Processing department. Other responsibilities include acting as the Clerk to the Board of Commissioners, taking independent action to formulate programs, policies, special assignments based on County needs.
Requires a BA/BS in Public Administration, Business, Personnel Administration, Human Resources or related area and at least three (3) year's previous experience in personnel or public administration; or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties.
