The Community Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of a two adjacent properties of 55 units, including supervision of staff, building maintenance, all administrative duties for both internal and external agencies, and maintaining positive relationships with the residents of the property.. Requirements:
High school diploma/GED. At least one-year property management or related administrative experience. Knowledge of regulations, acts, guidelines, etc. pertaining to state and federally assisted properties and Fair Housing Laws or demonstrated ability to follow state-mandated regulations. Knowledge of computer operations including basic data entry. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with residents and employees.
Type: Full Time
Salary: $19.74 per hour; Exempt
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
