Direct Care and Treatment Support Services has opportunities for you to join our Health Information Medical Services team located at the Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center (AMRTC). We are seeking an Office Specialist to aid in the preparation, organization, and tracking of medical records that will be sent to offsite storage. The Office Specialist will need to maintain the integrity of confidentially of medical records and patient information.

AMRTC is a secure inpatient psychiatric hospital serving adults with mental illness in a large, campus-based setting. Located just 15 minutes north of the Twin Cities metro, this modern facility offers compassionate, person-centered care in a pleasant environment appreciated by patients and employees alike.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Data entry and database management skills sufficient to create, maintain, and update lists of records to be sent to offsite storage
  • Customer service skills sufficient to respond courteously and timely to managers and other members of the team
  • Spreadsheets skills sufficient to modify basic spreadsheets which will assist in the management of record tracking.
  • Physical demands including standing, sitting, pulling, stooping, bending, perform repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
