Learning and Development Specialist
As NWEA's Learning and Development Specialist, you will collaborate with various subject matter experts to design and develop complex online learning solutions, addressing anticipated business needs, respond to evolving and static requirements, and support the Learning & Design (L&D) team to provide high quality training for NWEA staff. You will be responsible for partnering with internal content experts and other internal stakeholders to develop an interactive and engaging learning experience for NWEA staff. This position reports to the Director, Learning and Development. Candidates may work in our Portland, Oregon headquarters or be a remote worker located anywhere in the U.S.
