About the role:
As the Director of Human Resources Operations, you will be a key leader in mapping consistent HR approaches, frameworks, and strategies of our HR function. Working under the guidance of the Associate Vice President of HR-Healthcare you will lead the team in creating partnerships across the organization and within HR to deliver value-added human capital solutions to the main lines of business within UK HealthCare. In this role, you will work collaboratively with all HR leaders to ensure consistent application of policies and alignment across business units, and you will engage with senior leaders to build organizational capacity and support strategic business objectives. A strong enthusiasm for project management coupled with a dedication to revolutionizing HR operations are essential for success in this position.

• Wide HR knowledge base to include Total Rewards and HR Procedures.

• Act as project manager on key Human Resource (HR) initiatives for implementation into the organization, including, but not limited to, administering various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel within designated areas of responsibility and assisting in the development, communication, and implementation of workforce policies and procedures.
• Successful management of assigned team members to meet organizational goals.
• Oversee day to day operations for the HR organization.
• Experience as a strategist in HR transformation.
