Oversee the company's global cash forecast process and identify and implement best practices to improve overall cash flow forecasting and reporting.
Provide monthly guidance and analysis update to CFO and Board of Directors on operating cash flow and cash forecast.
Develop cash management strategic planning, incorporating best practices, and improve automation of key processes such as cash reporting and forecasting. Develop treasury and cash management metrics.
Manage all aspects of the Company's insurance programs including assessment of risks and maintenance of appropriate insurance coverages in response to identified risks on a worldwide basis.
Manage global banking operations including account openings, access and updates and actively manage commercial banking and payment processing relationships
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures. Develop and monitor treasury operational policies. Manage Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for treasury operations. Support internal and external audit requirements. Prepare support for treasury-related 10K and 10Q footnotes.
Ensure cash management is performed in accordance with the rules and regulations of each country
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics, CFA/CTP a plus
Approximately 3-5 years of work experience in finance or business, direct treasury experience a plus
Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Multi-national experience is highly desirable
